[Fink-i18n] Wrong URL / Website

Hi there,

while visiting your website I took notice that the URL of the section Packages is not proper functioning (due to the move of the project's domain). Its current address is http://pdb.finkproject.org/pdb/ and should be changed to http://fink.thetis.ig42.org/pdb/

You're actually visiting the backup site while the main one is down.
Unfortunately, in addition to the hardcoded URL, I'm not sure if the
package database has actually been implemented there yet.
